1. Introduction & Acceptance

By using the 17tbajee website and mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between 17tbajee and the user.

17tbajee is an online Sports Betting platform built specifically for Bangladesh. You can bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more than 30 other sports. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in online betting under applicable Bangladeshi law.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and place bets on 17tbajee:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years must be.
• Identity must be verified using a valid national ID card or passport.

• Residents of restricted countries or regions are not permitted to open an account.
• Individuals who are mentally incapacitated or under guardianship are not permitted to register.

Registration Process

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your 17tbajee account. Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

• You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify 17tbajee immediately.
• Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network may result in all accounts being suspended.

Update Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or address), notify 17tbajee immediately. 17tbajee will not be held responsible for payment delays or account issues resulting from incorrect information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

17tbajee supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Terms

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 17tbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 17tbajee. Violations of betting rules may result in bet cancellation and action taken against your account.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• Pre-match betting is available before a match begins, and live betting can be placed during in-play action.
• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• 17tbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed with incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or corruption will be considered void.
• If one leg of a parlay or combo bet is voided, the remaining selections will be settled as normal.

Odds & Payments

17tbajee uses decimal odds format. Winnings = Stake × Odds. Odds may change based on market conditions, and the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are considered final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Your account must be verified before you are eligible to receive bonuses.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled — typically between 5x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time.
• 17tbajee reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registrations only.

7. Responsible Betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 17tbajee platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination:

• Exploiting the system through odds arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of corrupt activity.

10. Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time. 17tbajee may also cancel or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months).

Any valid funds remaining at the time of account closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method; however, bonus funds will be forfeited.
